Value proposition

The nine dimensions that structure the support process: personalisation, off-pitch help, club alignment, background, specialist network, science, mental and emotional work, experience, and equipment.

This page presents the full version of the content summarised on the landing page.

Personalised support

The entire process is designed around the player’s specific characteristics and needs. I do not apply exercises out of routine or to “fill time”: every session has a clear logic and purpose, adjusted to the athlete in front of me.

Off-pitch support

I remain available to help and advise parents and players whenever doubts or difficulties arise, drawing on more than 10 years of experience and the most current scientific literature.

Communication with the club’s coaching staff

Whenever there is openness, I like to stay in contact with the club’s coaches, so that objectives are aligned and individual support complements, rather than contradicts, the collective work.

Experienced professional and diverse education

Beyond more than a decade of experience as a coach, I hold several academic qualifications and specialisations that give me competence to work on physical, technical, tactical, and emotional qualities, always grounded in scientific evidence.

Referral to specialist professionals

When the player’s needs go beyond my area of work, I activate a trusted network in areas such as Sport Psychology/Coaching, Nutrition, and Sports Massage, ensuring the athlete always receives the most appropriate support.

Scientific basis throughout the process

Sessions are grounded in studies, motor learning principles, deliberate practice, injury prevention, physical preparation applied to football, and training methodologies adjusted to the player’s level and stage of development.

Work on the mental and emotional dimensions

Beyond physical and technical performance, I focus on helping the player deal with the fear of making mistakes, developing confidence, resilience, and the capacity to overcome challenges. Training becomes a safe space to fail, learn, and develop.

Experience with players from every context

I have worked with athletes of different ages and competitive levels — from district contexts to national championship players, athletes at reference clubs, national team players, and professional athletes. That diversity strengthens my ability to adapt methodologies to any reality, always potentiating individual development.

Professional training equipment

Training is delivered with high-quality equipment, designed to create a serious, organised, and stimulating working context. Adidas balls, mannequins, poles, cones, balance platforms, hurdles, coordination ladders, and specific resources are used to work on coordination, proprioception, speed, agility, support footwork, stability, and individual technique.

This equipment makes it possible to create more complete, varied, and individualised sessions, adjusted to each player’s position, age, competitive level, and main needs. The goal is not simply to run exercises, but to build an environment where the athlete feels they are training with detail, high standards, and purpose.
