Terms & Conditions for training services

1. Provider

Registered address: Avenida do Colégio Militar 34 A, 1500-185 Lisboa. Usual training venue: Sporting Clube Linda-a-Velha (Stadium / Parque Desportivo Fernando Magalhães · Linda-a-Velha).

2. Services

We provide individual and small-group football training, with optional video/analysis support when agreed. Public packs and prices are on the site (official table amounts include VAT).

3. Minors and contracting

When the athlete is a minor, the parent/guardian is normally the contact and the contracting party for services and payments.

4. Prices and VAT

Public pack and session prices are shown with VAT included, unless clearly stated otherwise. The total price payable by the consumer must be clear before any payment obligation.

5. Payment

Payment is normally in advance — before the first session of the pack — unless otherwise agreed in writing. Online payment on the site is not active today; usual methods (e.g. bank transfer, MB WAY) are given in commercial communication.

6. Booking

Sessions are booked by agreement and confirmed once day, time and venue are accepted. Buying a pack does not guarantee a permanent fixed slot.

7. Pack validity

General rule applied to packs (validity from the payment date), aligned with the current athlete Terms:

• Pack 4: 50 days;
• Pack 8: 80 days;
• Pack 12: 100 days.
• Unused sessions at the end of validity normally expire without automatic refund.
• Client holidays/unavailability do not automatically pause validity; prolonged injury/illness notified and justified may allow suspension/extension.

8. Commercial cancellations

Cancellations/reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice (or no-show) are charged / deducted from the pack, except an occasional exception decided by the coach. Details on page /en/cancellations.

9. Nature of sessions

Individual and small-group sessions are sports training services. In groups, one athlete’s absence does not cancel the session for the others.

10. Liability

Sport involves inherent risks. The provider is not liable for injuries arising from the normal practice of the activity, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence attributable to the provider. This clause is not intended to limit mandatory consumer rights.

11. Use and safety

The athlete and guardian must follow safety instructions, disclose relevant conditions and use suitable equipment. The provider may interrupt sessions for safety, weather or force majeure.

12. Intellectual property

Site content, brand and provider materials are protected. Reproduction without permission is not allowed, except as permitted by law.

13. Complaints

14. Governing law

Portuguese law applies. In consumer disputes, the consumer may use competent alternative dispute resolution bodies, without prejudice to the courts.

15. Note

These site Terms complement commercial communication. Electronic acceptance of the athlete Terms (/termos flow) is a separate process and does not by itself equal buying a pack.
