Cancellations & Refunds
Last updated: 2026-09-23
Commercial rules for training packs: payment, validity, schedule changes and refunds — aligned with the 2026-2027 Terms.
Pack payment
Packs are paid in advance. A pack becomes active after full payment or the first agreed instalment. Where instalments apply, the previously agreed deadlines must be met.
Pack validity
Packs are valid for the following periods, counted from the payment date:
After validity ends, unused sessions are considered expired, except in cases of injury, prolonged illness, family emergency or other force majeure duly justified and reviewed case by case.
- 4-session pack — 50 days
- 8-session pack — 80 days
- 12-session pack — 100 days
Cancellations and changes
The athlete or parent/guardian may cancel or request a change up to 24 hours before the session, without losing the session, provided rescheduling falls within pack validity and diary availability.
Cancellations or changes notified with less than 24 hours’ notice count as a completed session, except for an urgent or force majeure reason duly justified, such as illness, injury, family emergency, hospital situation or an exceptional case reviewed individually.
No-shows without prior notice count as a completed session.
Cancellation by the João Rangel structure
If a session is cancelled due to unavailability of the João Rangel structure, pitch conditions, operational impossibility or another reason attributable to the organisation, the session is not deducted from the pack.
In those cases, the session is rescheduled subject to availability and pack validity may be extended by up to one additional week to allow it to take place, in line with the 2026-2027 Terms.
Refunds
After a pack starts being used, unused sessions due to withdrawal, unavailability or the client’s decision are not, as a rule, refundable. This rule does not affect legally applicable rights or situations where failure to provide the service is attributable to the João Rangel structure.
