Individual support
On this page you will find the full text on individual support and why this process can be the right choice for the player.
This page presents the full version of the content summarised on the landing page.
Before we begin: why am I the right person?
Hello. First of all, my sincere gratitude for reading this text.
My ambition is simple: to show you that, regardless of your son’s or daughter’s current level, I can be the right person to help them.
It does not matter whether we are talking about a player who has lost confidence, a child still developing coordination, an athlete who struggles technically, a player who wants to reach a higher competitive level, or a professional footballer who needs detail in their preparation.
My work exists for one purpose: to help players develop, gain confidence, and feel better prepared for the game.
Why do I know I am the right person?
Because my track record shows it.
Over the past years, I have supported real stories of development:
- an athlete who moved from a district context to Sporting Clube de Portugal and the women’s national team;
- a 6-year-old athlete who, in about three months, went from great uncertainty at his club to signing for Sporting Clube de Portugal’s official team;
- an Under-14 athlete who started the season with major coordinative and tactical difficulties and finished the year being called up to a national championship Under-15 side;
- invitation and participation in off-season preparation contexts with professional players and athletes from the Portuguese Primeira Liga;
- individual support for a Portuguese professional athlete, with UEFA Conference League experience, during his preparation for a new club;
- support for several female athletes from Sporting Clube de Portugal and the Lisbon District Selection;
- multiple cases of players who, in a short time, regained confidence, motivation, and enjoyment in playing football.
These examples do not mean that every athlete will follow the same path. Each player has their own story, context, challenges, and pace of development.
But they show something I believe in deeply: when there is individual support, method, repetition, feedback, high standards, and trust, the player can transform.
This text was created to show you exactly that: the problems many parents face day to day, what the science tells us, how I structure my method, what kind of support I offer, and why I believe so strongly in this process.
I am confident I will convince you. Do you accept the challenge? Then keep reading. By the end, you will understand why I say this with such conviction.
Why individual training?

Why are places limited?
Places are limited to ensure complete focus on the player. I do not want generic support with too many athletes and too little detail. I want real quality, closeness and personalisation in every session.
That is why the number of athletes I support at the same time has to be controlled. This is not an artificial countdown: it is a methodological choice.
